# Energy Data Analytics Academy

> In 2017, a group of professionals in Houston, Texas, came together with a vision: an environment with resources and networking opportunities for individuals to enrich their professional careers and connections. They called it AIA Global, short for the Association of Industry Analytics Global, AIA Global is a 501 c3 nonprofit that offers a variety of content.
